i guess i made a post in the wrong forum, should have been in msextra or something... yet i cant login to msextra, OR register a new account because the email is already taken... someone? anyone?

If you're attempting to register a new account at msextra.com and getting the email already taken message, it means you already have an account there. Check your spam folder in your email account to see if you have an activation email link to click on. Otherwise, you'll need to contact the admins there. There is a link on msextra.com's front forum page to email them directly at admin_at_msextra.com (replace _at_ with @ of course).
