AEM wideband numbers tunerstudio aren't consistent

I seem to have run into an issue with my display on my wideband not being consistent with the display in tuner studio. I have the AEM 30-4100 and I manually entered the settings for custom linear wideband since none of the preset ones matched. With the engine running no lights or electric fan on the AEM gauge and the gauge in tuner studio are dead on. Once the electric fan kicks on the voltage drops .2-.4V and the AF on the AEM gauge still reads the same but the display in tuner studio is off. When I turn my headlights on it gets further off. Any suggestions?
I have the wideband and megasquirt going to the same ground and power. My battery is under my bed and I have 0 gauge running to my fuse block under the hood. I'm running a 130A GM cs130 alternator with 4 gauge from the alternator to the fuse block. 4 gauge from the block to the frame. At idle I'm getting about 12.6-12.8 volts but as soon as I touch the throttle it jumps to 14.4. Should I try another alternator that maybe puts out 14 volts at idle?
