Barometric Correction: Identical MAP-Sensor needed?

Post by Spanni »

Hello,

I plan to use the barometric correction of the ms. So, one map-Sensor is on the MS-board. But what about the Second?
My Throttlebody has already an map sensor mounted. Can I use that sensor on the TB and the onboard sensor for the barometric correction? Or are two identical sensors a must?

Regards

Daniel

I believe current MS2 code lets you use separate calibrations. You would need to lift the #1 pin on the onboard MAP sensor, and reroute it to JS5.

Don't forget your second ADC filter circuit.
