help in assembling

i am running ms2 v3 to 4efte engine with stock disturbutor..so i need to know how the ignition system is done in assembling steps for the 4efte..does i need to do step #65 ( high-current ignition driver circuit) or not..??

If the MS is driving the coil directly, then yes - you'll need the coil driver. If the dizzy coil is logic-level, or has its own driver, then you don't.

so for logic-level then should i build pull up resistor from top of r26 then get it to ignition out to be connected to IGT for the dizzy..tell me i am wrong or right?

You COULD, but wiring a processor pin directly to the great outdoors is a quick and sure way to buy another processor. I would suggest some sort of protective circuit, like this:
