Just had a question about assembling my MS-II V3. Are the Q14 and Q15 components suppose to have continuity between the two pins closest to the DB37 connector on both components? The pins don't appear to have been soldered together however I have continuity on both of them. Any help greatly appreciated.

If you've jumped out R37 and R38, then yes - you will get continuity between the base and the emitter on those two components.

Edit: Actually, since R37 and R38 are so low - 50mOhm! - that you will get a continuity reading.
