Program errors repeat

The logs from TurnerStudio display and function normally . However, I am unable to get past the splash screen that states various parameters are required for analysis . the display shows all of the required - Max/Min work as they should but I can't get rid of the splash problem. I have removed completely & reloaded various versions & its the same issue every time. If the splash screen halt to the analysis was eliminated perhaps the program would work correctly for the analysis. I do not however know which dll or whatever to eliminate. [MS ver 2.92]various versions of megaview have been tried including 4.0.12 [[The Studio has also been reloaded]
