Single Cyl Air Cooled 2-Stroke

Have an old Hirth 292cc 2-stroke I want to squirt. I've done a micro and currently have an MS3pro. This time I want to build a kit version and am looking at the MSII. Just looking for advice on what kit would be best to build and is the O2 sensor going to survive a pre-mix? Never injected a 2-stroke before just looking for some advice to which direction to go. I'm a V8 guy so I would like to use one 585 LS coil/ 36-1 trigger/ map/O2/TPS/and thinking Manifold surface temp sensor on head? There is no coolant. Will this work? What is the least expensive kit my son and I can build together to make this work. Not racing here. He is 8 and loves to solder. This going into a back yard go-cart.

Thanks in advance,

C. Henderson

MS2 kits only come in one variant at this point, the MS2 V3.0.

It is likely to reduce the sensor lifespan a bit, but not nearly as much as leaded race gas would.

Sounds like a plan!
