There's a fair bit of info on these conversions on ClubGTI.com as a few of the members have done them - have a look.

The easiest way to convert the engine (assume it's using Kjet at the minute?) is to use the hardware from an ABF engine code such as injectors/manifolds/fuel rail/throttle ...
