Does it start when you bypass the relay or does it still not start ? It sounds like your not detecting any tach pulses
no tach pulses= fuel pump off after it primes and no injector firing. watch your rpm gauge in megatune when cranking it
should indicate a few hundred rpm while cranking.

the db37 has 2 pins per injector channel so you take the heavy wire strip it back untwist the wire and then take half the small untwisted strands and re twist them and then do the same with the remaining half , you will have what looks like a small "Y" at the end of the wire then you simply solder ...
