One thing I would consider first is an Intake. You can get a variety from Clifford Research. I think they even make FI ones, You may also want to upgrade to an HEI distributor.

New here with an Olds 350 and questions
Ok I am new here and to MegaSpuirt so please be gentle. I have an Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser that I am doing up Pro-Touring style. I am going to EFI and have some parts ammased. I am running an Olds 350 and will be using an Edelbrock Performer RPM for the conversion(the one on the left)
