Thank you Matt, changed both transistors shown in fp schematic and circuit operates correctly.
Now I'm stoked as about an hour later it's idling away, albeit a little rough.. 'scuse me but I've more to do.

No Fuel Pump Activation
I've recently assembled V3.0, initially to spec. with VR input 36/1 wheel; PWM IAC and High curent driver for dist. ignition and this tested out all good as per instuctions, configured Jimstim and eventually sorted settings in Megatune, happy as! :yeah!:
