Matt do you know of some one who fixes these, yourself or someone you trust?

Yea theres a ground going to pin 7 8 9 17 18 19. Is that correct?

Looking over the build process it says theres only 6 grounds. The diagrams say there should be 15 which seems to much how ever i only have 5 pin 7 8 and 9 then the 2 by them self does this make sense?

thanks matt i just counted the pins in the wrong direction.

why would pin 31 act up if its just suppose to be a ground?

i checked c15 and it has no resistance so im assuming its bad... the issue is do i replace it with one of the other ones and if so do i order another cap .1uF 50V 10% cer rad

i checked L2 and there is ~.2 ohm resistance i also double checked the 40 pin for cold solders but still the same results

Im assembling the ms2 with the v3.0. im at step 23 where it tells me to check the voltages at these pins. this is what i get
