After looking closer at the schematics, and discussing with a friend who is more literate than I regarding these matters, it sounds like everything should still function properly.

Bridged pins 13 and 14 on MAX232 (did I hurt it?)

My MS1, V3.0 has been powered up with pin 13 (R1in) and pin 14 (T1out) on the MAX232 solder bridged. I discovered this during troubleshooting bad comms (wasn't able to get a boot prompt to load new firmware). Question now is, did I fry anything by powering it up in this condition? Did I kill the ...
