Right, but I'm talking about the board's internal power circuit. Did this accidently get shorted out causing my main issue?

Ok, so after reading the assembly guide I looked at the power supply circuit. In the guide it says to check the pins on U5. Between 1&2 and 1 &3 it's open loop. when I say pin 1 I mean the pin closest to the serial port. However, between pins 2 and 3 I have 1.2k ohms of resistance. Is this value ...

I did check that previously, it happens on the stim board as well. No serial connection and all leds on stim board and megasquirt flash simultaneously.

Hey guys,
I have a megasquirt v3.0 board running 2.89 code. I'm am running it on a yamaha R6 fuel injected motor. Everything was working fine and all of a sudden the serial connection went dead and all three LED's flash simultaneously. Has anyone had this issue before? Is this some kind of error ...
