That would be a mis-match.. B&G MSII Firmware vs MS2Extra? I don't think that is right...
Your ini and TunerStudioAppDebug.txt are showing you as having MS2Extra, but the AppDebug is never showing any communication with the ...

If it is the beta, then make sure you have a 1.7 JRE, the 2.9.x beta requires a 1.7 JRe on Linux vs the 1.5 JRE being the minimum with 2.6.x
Or you can go back to 2.6 by downloading it again from:

You canopen the log in a text editor and delete any rows you want to get rid of.
If you have a registered version of MegaLogViewer it is easier.
Then you can set the cursor to a start point, right click and select:
Log Editing --> Delete Before Cursor

TunerStudio does not have the ini for that though, so you will need to get the ini file from the laptop that has MegaTune on it.
There is no TunerStudio 3.4, so that must be a firmware version.

Just capture a normal full data log. MegaLogViewer w I ll show the warmup flag the same as TS. Then we can see everything that is going on.

What is it from? That might be an HPTuner file. It would be nice if TunerSudio could magically open any file created by any other software, but unfortunately I haven't figure out how to do that yet.

if you try to open an msq directly from a web site, when TunerStudio starts to open you get an error.
If you double click an msq that is on your hard drive it does prompt you to create a Temporary Project and open it, but you don't think it is loading all ...

That sure sounds like it is either a partial jar file or too old of a JRE.
But I just tried it here with ubuntu and JRE 1.7_51.
One difference, I am using the Oracle/Sun JRE, not Open JDK.
It might be worth trying to install the Oracle Java, but I wouldn't expect that to make it ...
