TBs again. GSXR600 or R6
On the other hand, the R6 TB is from a 04' bike and can be splitted to suit, it seems it only has one set of injectors and only one butterfly. There seems to be much infor about the GSXRs though.
Which one is best?
Thanks in advance.
Re: TBs again. GSXR600 or R6
each Tb with one Injector per Tb(The problem with 2 butterflies is the secondary is controlled by an actuator and the Susuki ECU..this looks like a nightmare to me. The Sv1000 is rated at 125hp so both injectors should be 38#.
The other alternative and I think the best is TB/Injectors from a Susuki Tl1000r(98-03) each TB is independent with 2 injectors per TB and a verified 19# each @41psi regulator will give you 125hp. The secondary injectors are mapped to only activate at +4000rpm. I plan on running both injectors for TB1 and TB2
alternating. Another real plus is how easy it is setup your linkage. A 12" screw rod and two .5" by 2" nuts will connect to each butterfly rod outside the Tb.
These line up exactly. I also cut the fuel rail in half and connected a .25" high pressure fuel injection line to the desired length between them.
This whole setup cost less than $60 from EBay.
