MS-II 3.0 2.890
91 crx with 97 prelude h22 drivetrain
8pin hei mod with msd tfi coil
using TS

i finally got spark, but wasn't firing. So i shot some starting fluid in, and it fired but wouldn't run. It died quick. What i know is timing is on, to the factory honda settings. I put the GREEN INJ1 wire to inj1 and inj3, and obviously BLUE INJ2 to inj2 and inj4.<-Is this correct?
Back to the VR wires coming off the HEI mod. I have a cyp(cam)has one trigger on it., ckp(crank) has 12 triggers evenly spaced, and tdc(also crank)has one trigger. Which one do I use. I think i am getting better results with the ckp. i would post up my file but not sure how.
anyhelp would be much appreciated

I don't know your particular layout, but inline 4s are usually paired 1-4 and 2-3.
