When I crank my engine over for the first time on a cold start, many times it will not stay running maybe 2 seconds. On the second start it always runs fine. I would like to get it to that point on the first start.

Then if I start the engine hot, it cranks over and starts then the RPM drops way down like it almost wants to stall then returns to a normal idle. This is all within 2 seconds. It seems like it my start up parameters are not quite up to snuff.

Does this sound like my start up injector durations are too small?

Sounds like you may need a couple tweaks to the afterstart enrichment settings.

My car has a hard time starting when its the first start in some time. Like first start of the day, It will fire then die. If i play with the throttle for a couple of seconds reving it up and down, then it will idle smooth. I can then shut it off immediatly. Then it will fire on its own fine. Same thing if I get the engine all warmed up to like 180-200. Turn the car off. 2 hours later it will still be around 120 or so, but i have to play with the throttle to keep it going then it will idle out smooth. I have tried different ASE's, but no luck on a start where the car has sat for a couple of hours. Would the prime pulse help this?

No, the prime pulse is over with before the car starts cranking. Your issue is keeping it running after it's started. Try adjusting ASE settings. From your description you should check your ASE setting, increase the % and maybe the number of cycles too.
