First of all: "Best wishes for 2010"!
Short introduction:
I'am Erik, from the Netherlands, Eindhoven, studying electronics and want to run my Ford Sierra '92 1600 on a MS-II v3.0! This because I have plans to build a supercharger on it
Now, there are some questions unanswered:
1) A half year ago I see a car on a dyno with a MS and it was not passing the 5000 rpm. What is the maximum rpm MS-II can handle?
2) I want to keep my catalyst on my car because I've seen this great movie:
http://videos.howstuffworks.com/science ... -video.htm [03:02 min].
Will a low AFR, in combination with a WBL, destroy my cat?
3) How much power increment do you get? 10% 20%? I already did two dyno runs for reference.
And what about the efficiency? Is efficiency hanging together with more power? My 1600 runs on a EDIS with singlepoint. Doubting to build multipoint on it. Now it does 1liter on 9.5km (= 22.4 miles/gallon I guess).
4) Is it easy possible to make a rpm limiter in combination with my EDIS?
5) Are there European production cars with a WBL?
No more questions now.
I hope you guys can help me out!
Cheers!
