Porsche 911 - Carbs to MS EFI

It's a 3.2L short stroke motor, 9.8:1 compression. Currently has 46mm Weber carbs and sparks via an old Electromotive HPV-1 crank-fire ignition system (which seems to work well). I would like to go EFI and keep the HPV-1 to start off to keep things as simple as possible. I plan on using PMO EFI throttle bodies (not sure if 40 or 46, bore is 38mm) shown here - http://www.pmocarb.com/Images/EFI-2.jpg .

Where should I start?

Start by building or acquiring at megasquirt and stimulator, load the firmware and familiarize yourself with how it all works. In the mean time buy the throttle bodies, fuel rails and such, then research how the ignition system is triggered so you can have ignition control as well.
