Downloading Megasquirt software

I have the MS 11 V3 computer for my older V8 engine. I made a crank trigger wheel with a sensor frm a Mercury. It is a 32-1 wheel. 
It will be turbocharged. It has a throttle body from a Ford and will be using a coil drven by an MSD 6A 6200 box. The MS system will determine the spark advance and retard if it senses preignition during boost. Megasquirt says I must download a program to my computer in order to set up my system. I haven't much experience on a ccomputer and don't know which program or programs to download to my computer. Can anyone out there tell me which programs to download? Thank you, Bill O. Tucson, Az.
