Will this work
Bit of history, i have a ED honda civic which originally came with dual carbs. i have since done a full engine swap (with all the trims) running off a pair of 45DCOE Webers and a MSD programable Digital 6al2 (for ignition). and have been running it successfully as a daily/auto-x car for about 12 months. and i am in the process of turbocharging it (shooting for 300ish whp) and want to convert to efi. Yes i know i can turbo the Webers but for a daily its not really good (i have done it before).
i basically can pick up a efi intake manifold with throttle body, TPS and MAP sensors all together really cheap. basically what i want to do is use MS for controlling my fuel (will not be using it to run timing, thats all good) with the TPS, MAP and a wideband. how hard will it be to do/ tune.
i know its a bit of a basic question but i need the car done ASAP and cant afford to hit any bumps ATM. just checking as i dont want to interfere with any of the other systems on the car.
Cheers, Dave

Re: Will this work
also im thinking to go with the MS2 for the data logging. any thoughts?
as i said i know these are pretty simple questions but i know nothing about efi (im a carb guy) and need to bounce some ideas off people with experience (most of the people i know are carby guys too) because as i said i cant afford to be held up at the moment as i have a kid on the way

MS2 data logging works through a laptop and can record all the MS2's inputs and outputs, as well as some of the calculation variables.

Re: Will this work
which sensors did you use, and are you using it to run both fuel and timing?
Re: Will this work
I used all the stock civic sensors and the map thats in the megasquirt 2 v3. I run fuel and timing and have turboed the engineCivic Dave wrote:nice.
