Adding MicroSquirt/MegaSquirt to Magneti Morelli Harley EFI

Hello All,
Recently joined this forum after hearing about MegaSquirt. I have a 1997 Harley Road King, with the magneti Morelli EFI. The bike is stock right now, but I am planning on adding a performance cam, exhaust and other odds and ends in the near future. I am wondering if anyone knows of anyone, who has MegaSquirted or MicroSquirted - a Harley with the Italian EFI? Someone on a Harley forum mentioned that I should replace the Morelli ECM on my 97, with the MicroSquirt (and add an Oxygen sensor) - and I would have full control over the EFI? I am a fairly compotent mechanic, but with computers (no code experience), I just know the basics. Would the MicroSquirt be doable for someone with limited computer/code writing experience? How easy is it to contol the injection process etc, with MicroSquirt. I am just wondering if anyone has MegaSquirted Magneti Mirelli EFI on a Harley??? I know S&S now makes an ECM which offers full control over the Morelli EFI, but costs around $600
