help with which megasquirt set up to use!

hello i have a gen 1 chevy 350 and i want to convert to tpi with a t76 turbo on it running at 15 pounds of boost. i plan on using the ls1 wiring harness and adapting it to work with my engine applications. i am just curious as to which megasquirt product i should use. i am thinking about getting the v3 II kit and assembling it myself. just some quick questions though... when i order this product do i just put it together as the instructions say? will it be capable of running 90 lb injectors with aprox 83% duty cycle? i do know how to soder and i have wired basically rewired and repaired my entire wiring harness on my 69 camaro... this will be going into my 69 camaro. im just trying to get an idea of what i will need for this project thanks for any advice

Should be OK, but what are you using for ignition?
I'm not sure an LS1 harness would be all that helpful.

83% means the injectors are pretty much the perfect size.
