Combo Boost & A/F Gauge options?

I have limited space & i would like to run a combination 52mm A/F & Boost gauge. Are there any that will work with the microsquirt?

I had thought of using this AEM Wideband FAILSAFE originally, but i don't know if i can. It comes with a controller, datalogging the sensor & of course the gauge

And there's this PLX DM-6 Multi Gauge Display Module too, just as a display but it can display temperature as well which would be usefull for the cyl head/coolant & air intake temps. It would be my choice along with the Inovative LC-1 Sensor & controller if possible.

Anyone know if these will work or can be made work?, especially the PLX/ Innovative combo

Cheers Matt, i'll have to find out how the PLX is signaled. I have a funny feeling its just a display that has a couple of wires which go to a signal/decoder box

Ok, maybe this is more help, can you shed any light on it Matt (or anyone else)

From a PLX seller;
What I can tell you about the sensors are the following.
1) the SM-AFR of PLX has a 0-5 Volt output for the AFR. This output can be used as an input for your EFI.
2) the SM-Vac/Boost is a 3 bar sensor and it also has a 0-5 Volt output.
3) the SM-EGT finally has a 0-5 Volt output.
This means that you can connect the SM sensors of PLX to the EFI. The output are not configurable.
All these sensors can be connected to one DM6. Which means that you will be able to monitor them in one gauge.

From AEM;
The gauge has a proprietary onboard built-in MAP sensor with a different calibration than a standard GM type 3-bar sensor.
I attached the instruction manual for the Wideband Failsafe gauge which has the transfer functions and information on what you’re looking to do. We generally don’t recommend using this type of MAP sensor for an ECU as it’s designed for gauge displays only and may not be quite as fast responding as one that’s meant specifically for gauges. Also, you want to keep MAP sensor hoses as short as possible and running a vacuum line all the way into the cockpit ends up being pretty long

From a Zeitronix seller;
I know the LC1 quite well, as you say there are some analogue outputs which most people use to feed a DB gauge or ECU, as well as a serial output which some ECU's will accept.

The AEM failsafe uses switched outputs I think, so it might be possible to hook up to the ECU if it has spare inputs. I don't know the microsquirt well, sorry!

The Zeitronix kit likes to use it's own sensors. Certainly calibrations are fixed for boost input and temperature inputs. The temp sensors are indeed GM types but by the time the sensor is connected to both the Zeitronix and an ECU the calibration may go out of true because of the additional pull-up. Normally I say the two should use seperate sensors. The Zeitronix boost sensor input must use either a 3.5 or a 5 bar map sensor. There is sadly no calibration in the software to select the more common weber or GM 3 bar map sensor, etc. So again usually a seperate 3.5 bar map sensor is used.

Sorry for the confusion Matt. I was wanting to know if anyone had linked a combination Wideband A/F & Boost gauge to the microsquirt system but i have since found out that the uS can be configured to accept the known 0-5V values of other MAP sensors & A/F sensors.

After some consideration i'm going to use the AEM failsafe along with my Microsquirt system, i know the voltage values of it's A/F sensor & MAP sensor, i'll use it's analog outputs to signal the uS.
