Newbie question Mitsubishi 6A13TT

Hi, can anyone help me.. I have a proton satri Gti with a Mitsubishi galant 6A13 2.5 V6 twin turbo engine mounted in the rear, I'm currently building a single turbo conversion with tubular manifolds, relocated HX35 turbo, external waste gate and charge cooler also I will be replacing the injectors for some 580cc ones I have. I would like better control of my engine and I would like some sort of launch control or even an anti lag setup. The engine is currently controlled by a apexi safc and avcr with a wideband afm on the standard Mitsi ecu.
My questions are..
-Which ms system will I need? 1 2 or 3? I'm thinking 3?
-does ms have launch or anti lag features?
-is ms ok to use on a v6 turbo? (I'm guessing yes)
-can I run 6x coil on plug pencil type coils (I have Toyota ones on my Evo and want to use them on the proton)
-last question.. Where do I get a base map to load up and get running then start tuning?
Any help is appreciated.. I must admit I haven't done loads of research into the fitting and setup of the ecu but I thinking I can build the ecu and wire it to the engine but what's the next step when it needs programming? Obvs if it was say a ford zetec there's loads done but mine may be a bit more difficult? Especially when I try to and some mivec (variable cam) heads into the equation!!
Cheers Aaron.
