Is there a way to add more than 8 gauges on the, main gauge cluster?

Yep.... Right click on the dash, select Designer Mode and add as many as you like.

Edit: You must have the paid version of TS though.......

Is it possible to remove a gauge and replace it? Like removing the MAP and replacing with IAT? I have turnerstudio lite>

The short answer is yes. BUT, as I mentioned above, you can
not edit the dash with the
lite version of TS.
