Knock sensing interface for MS&S-E and Megasquirt-II

Post by Boris740 »

KnocksenseMS contains a dual active filter, pulse integrator and logic circuitry necessary to directly interface with Megasquirt and Megasquirt&Spark Extra or any other EMS unit that has suitable inputs.

It takes place of circuit shown in: http://megasquirt.sourceforge.net/extra/knock.html but performs same function with better selectivity. Each unit is tuned to your cylinder bore for optimum background noise rejection.

For MSII refer to http://www.megamanual.com/ms2/knock.htm
If you are using KnocksenseMS ignore the ESC module as KnocksenseMS takes its place and connects directly to JS4. Wiring diagram is supplied.

See my website for more or contact me by email.
