so i am kinda stuck everything was fine until it came to programing the msI. it would not program. so i finished building than i tested with stim. i just cant figure it out . can i send it to peter florance to program . or dose it have to be done on my computer

Well, you'll need to do the tuning although not necessarily the programming. Try running the Port Check program - what results do you get?
