all 3 LEDS flashing non stop all the time, megatune on/off

i just hooked up my edis 6 setup, i was going to test cranking it to see if the vr sensor reads correctly, megasquirt was on, i burned the new values for the crank trigger, then all my lights started flashing and the megatune just turns on and off, i've checked for ground issues, its connected good, thought my battery was low, its new and it has 13.6v, starter cranks fine so the battery is perfect

the flashing of the leds are consistant and the megatune turns on and off very consistantly, could the ecu got corrupt when i sent the new values? is there a way to a hard reset?.

the flashing leds are d14,d15,d16, they flash as soon as i turn ignition on, without my laptop connected,, then when i do connect the laptop. megatune shows it the ecu turning on and off, gauges turn on/off, it used to work, only until i changed the crank wheel teeth from 24 to 0, when i burned it, this problem happened.
