Hi, I am a registered user and so far the auto-update always worked well (on HP mini-Windows 7 starter). Now I get an auto-update notification which I accept and every time the auto update starts but stalls after some hundreds of kB loaded.
How can I solve this?

I am not sure, it sounds like there may be a network or router problem.
Or maybe a file system access problem?
I would just grab the latest installer and run that.

I just got and registered Tuner Studio MS v2.0.4 and it wants to auto update but I get the atached screen shot.

It looks like you do not have write access to the install files. Did you install under your user? It would have have prompted for an Admin password, but usually auto update is fine on OS X?
Can you open a Terminal, type this:
cd /Applications/TunerStudio\ MS.app/Contents[Enter]
There is a white space here ^
Then type:
ls -l[Enter]
post the results.
