i need some help right now i have a ms v3.75 i download tune studio and i am trying to get it off line it keeps saying disconnected i run the port check and i get one to come up and i pick it them try test port and them says failed.
i have a gateway(part number NV52L15u) with windows 8
any hints or tips i should try would be cool thanks.
help with getting set up.

Where did you get the USB adapter? The one we sell works with Windows 8.
