No intent to be critical at all but you are inviting problems!
Generally ~12 volts is applied to an injector, or coil for that matter, to energize it. If you wire 2 of them in series, you will only be applying ~6 volts to each one.
Not going to work that way, for sure!
They must be wired in a fashion that provides the correct voltage!
There are plenty of wiring diagrams in the manual for reference. The best practice is to follow them completely. There is a lot of hard earned knowledge and experience supporting them.
