o2 stopped working

Post by dprice »

I have been driving the car for several months with no issues. early this week while tuning, the o2 reading went static. I am using a LC-1. I verified voltage on the analog output of the sensor. I ran the innovate software and see what is reporting as the AFR. I hooked up the stimulator and o2 is also non responsive when turning the pot so I think the issue is internal.

Everything else appears to be working fine. I am running V3.0 MB w/daughter card.

Is it possible to identify what part of the board I need to check or replace?

Thanks

First, I'd check the tune file for anything that would throw off how the O2 sensor is interpreted. Can you post a copy of your tune? Also, try reloading a previous map from before the problem happened and see if that changes anything.

Matt,

Thank you. That did the trick. It didn't occur to me that a corrupted tune file could cause the sensor to stop reporting. I had just assumed I had fried some component.
