MS for Vangard V2 engine

I'm currently building a small plane that is equiped with a vanguard V2 627cc.

In order to have a better control of this engine, I would like to use an MegaSquirt EFI.
An important point on that application is the implementation of an altitude correction.
I know that on many V2 engine it is necessary to separately control the two cylinders (2 throttle sensors , 2 Lambda, etc..).
(There is an interesting post on the "MS Success Stories" but all the links are broken)

Do you think that an MS-II EFI is able to fulfill my project requirements?

Hi Lance,
The Vanguard engine by itself is not designed as an aircraft engine and the aircraft frame is already taking into account the fact that the engine can stop during the flight. It is an "UltraLight" and it has a very low landing speed (35 Knots) that autorise the use of very small fields to land safely even in case of "bad landing". It is also able to glide without the engine running to prevent to "fall out of the sky", and as a glider, it has some abilities to give some time to the pilot to find an airfield.
For Experimental aircrafts, the use of non certified engines is something normal and I know that MS-II EFI is not certified.

Do you think that an MS EFI can help me to prevent a very bad air/fuel ratio that actualy occur with this carb-engine when the aircraft try to reach some altitude?
