Susuki TB/Injectors setup for TR6

I bought a pair of throttle bodies/injectors from a Susuki Tl1000 motorcycle. These come with two injectors per TB. The TB are 50mm each. Based on the HP rating for this motorcycle the injectors are probably 19#. My research shows that each TB has a Primary and Secondary Injector. The Secondary injectors don't activate until +4000rpm.
I am planning on installing these on a Triumph TR6 straight six using the existing intake-replacing existing carbs.
A standard TR6 intake has siamesed ports- ie.1&2 3&4 5&6.

Q: What is the best setup using megasquirt alternating(1-2-3)(4-5-6) or simul(1-2-3-4-5-6)?
Q: Can the Primary & Secondary injectors be programmed individually ie fuel required: Primary: 90% Secondry: 10% at idle and
Primary: -5% and Secondary +5% changing throughout a given rpm range?
Q: Can the Secondary injectors be programmed to only activate at a given rpm like Susuki?
Q: How do you wire these injectors?

I don't know if you can activate a secondary injector at a specific RPM, but as long as the idle pulse width with both injectors is more than 2 ms, you should be OK running both injectors for entire RPM range.

You can wire one injector to each output from MS and alternate.

Staged injections works with MS, and is the technique for bringing injectors in as the revs go above a threshold.

MS2 is better for this as it can bring the second set of injectors in over some engine cycles. MS1 doesn't have the power to do this.
