Settings for dual o2 sensors.

I had a quick look at the code, and I believe that dual EGO is used 'per bank' if dual tables are enabled. If dual tables are not enabled, it looks to me like EGOcorr2 is still applied to bank2 (and EGOcorr1 to bank1) - they just take the VE from the single table (but EGO2 has its own AFR table).
Bank1 is all the injectors connected to INJ1, which are any connected to DB37 pins 32 & 33.
Bank2 is all the injectors connected to INJ2, which are any connected to DB37 pins 34 & 35.
