Jumper Settings
I am obviously a newb and want to learn as much as possible about this application.
I have assembled my Megasquirt 2 with v3 board. I am trying to learn as much as possible and don't want to hassle Matt at DIY to much, although he has been great with his help.
Can anyone help with the Jumper settings for what I have below!
I am not entirely sure what type of IAC I have except it off a 2003 Mazda Astina with a SR20 engine, on the throttle body the IAC controller has only 2 wires
The Ignition is going to be using the parts below!
This is my application and parts purchased from DIY.
G16A 1600cc Suzuki engine
I am fitting a small turbo charger onto it also. I want to control both ignition and fuel. I am using multipoint injection.
I purchased the list below
for my Megasquirt conversion to fuel injection with full ignition control.
MegaSquirt-II PCBv3.0 Kit
Mod kit for HEI ignition control
MegaSquirt Stimulator version 2.2 Kit
MegaSquirt relay board kit
4' cable for connecting MegaSquirt to relay board
12' Wire Bundle
Coolant temperature sensor
Intake air temperature sensor
Aluminum IAT sensor fitting
Tuning Cable for MegaSquirt EMS
USB Adapter needed for most laptops
6" crank Trigger
Hall effect sensor
I have assembled the Stimulator and relay board and most of the ECU, but I have not set any of the jumpers until I understand what I need to do.
I have made 4 of the resistor jumpers as described in the article for the quadspark http://www.DIYAutoTune.com/tech_article ... ds.htm#ms2 \
Although Matt says I only need 2 as there are only 2 Outputs (makes sense)
Thanks Glen
