I dunno your particular one, but sourcing this sort of spare can be near impossible. Even if you know the maker (Tyco, etc) and even the part number, that maker might be under contract to only supply Bosch or whatever. I found this with a wiper motor plug for a BMW - Tyco part number on it - but NLA from BMW.

It has two long cables with a box labeled with 25-pins to connect and test. Works and looks like a shop tool top quality must have been made for the Bosch 25-Pin Ecm.
