Which diagram do I use?

Hi noob here!
I am installing MS1 on a 94' LT1 and I have ordered the 12' harness along with it. However according to the manual site, the harness I have appears to be the one listed for the Ver 3.0pcb. The wiring color codes for the 2.2pcb are different. Will this work if I wire it according to the wiring schematic for the ver 3.0 that matches the wiring colors? Or do I wire it according to the 2.2 diagram?
