Megasquirting a Honda NSR150SP
It performs 30hp and like most two strokes it pollutes.
There is stricter regulations coming into play in 2010 witch will make it almost impossible to get them trough a emission control.
Has anyone played with 2-strokes and gotten any improved mileage and/or some nice readings on a emission control?
There is quite a few 150 4-stokes around so getting suitable injectors should not be a problem.
Can I build a microsquirt using the possessor from megasquirt V1? I don't think I will need that much possessor power to control a single cylinder witch is normally aspirated.
I'm hoping to cut the hardware cost's.
Any thoughts?

there has been a few guys 'squirting 2 strokes here...and quite successfully I would say. http://www.msruns.com/viewtopic.php?f=101&t=7048 & http://www.msruns.com/viewtopic.php?f=101&t=22805 & http://www.msruns.com/viewtopic.php?f=93&t=22671Has anyone played with 2-strokes and gotten any improved mileage and/or some nice readings on a emission control?
If you find a source for these and low power injection pumps, I would greatly appreciate it...I'm gonna EFI my chinese 150cc scooter when I find all the parts...There is quite a few 150 4-stokes around so getting suitable injectors should not be a problem
MicroSquirt comes completely built with the same processor as the MS2 hard soldered in. Power is a relative term...The Microsquirt itself only uses a few hundred milliamps of power, miniscule compared to the fuel pump and injector current. Can I build a microsquirt using the possessor from megasquirt V1? I think it's a good idea...Microsquirt will not completely cure the high oil consumption of a two stoke, but it will help lower the emissions if properly tuned.Any thoughts?
